Penrhyn View is a semi-detached property resting within the seaside resort of Rhos-on-Sea. It comes with four bedrooms comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite, a double, a twin and a single bedroom with an additional truckle bed, together sleeping up to seven people. There is a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC, as well as a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen, a sitting/dining room and a utility. Outside, there is a rear garden with a lawn area and a decked area with table and chairs, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Penryhn View is a superb base for exploring this part of North Wales. Please Note: This property is strictly no smoking

Rhos-on-Sea is a seaside resort in Conwy, North Wales. The resort town is situated close to the Bryn Euryn and offers superb walks to discover the fascinating hill fort 'Dinerth'. Close by is Colwyn Bay, where you will find a selection of of watersports available at Port Eirias. From here you can take a boat trip to discover seals, porpoises and dolphins, or enjoy a round of golf at Rhos-on-Sea's golf club.
