Fab location e.g fairly isolated and away from shops or restaurants but close to all favourite Snowdonia spots. The room was large and comfortable with a super bed and amazing walk-in shower. The food in the restaurant mostly delicious. Friendly and attentive staff.

Great character building in a good location. Ensuite was a bit difficult to access and use due to door opening into it and the general tightness. Window couldn’t be opened and ventilation did not remove the steam do ensuite got very wet.
Breakfast was excellent, staff were very attentive and helpful. Food was well prepared and tasty.

Great little town with amazing history to experience. Friendly people who were very engaging. Experienced the honey fair which was great. Also had the opportunity to dine at the JackDaw, great culinary experience, well worth the price.

Pretty town with castle. Good eating places.
Pretty town with castle. Good eating places. Try Dylan’s in the high street great staff good service and great food. Some good walking areas along the harbour and across the bridge. Sight seeing bus which travels around. A stay for a couple of days is fine unless you drive out to other attractions then just use as a base.

The view of the castle and bay from our hotel was great and we enjoyed visiting the castle very much. Conwy is a fun village and easy to walk. Plenty of good restaurants but best to book a table in advance. We walked some of the old town wall and it provided beautiful views and a real sense of history. Conwy is situated well for hiking, Zip-World, beaches, etc. Will visit again.

Lovely place. Beautiful castle.
Lovely place. Beautiful castle. Gorgeous gift shops and some nice eating places. Beach much further away than we thought and difficult to get too - not signposted. Like finding a needle in a haystack!

Lovely little town full of independent shops and cafés.
Lovely little town full of independent shops and cafés. The castle is clearly the big attraction but there is plenty to enjoy in and around the town, on foot or a short drive away. The mine museum at Great Orme is fascinating. Plenty of family activities are accessible within an hour's drive (horse riding, canyoning, mine tours, beaches). Recommended as a base for discovering North Wales.
This is an exceptional B&B. Our host, Melissa was very attentive. The decor is very original. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast in the bedroom, delivered in a basket left outside our door, was great! The house is right by the castle in the old town centre. Thanks, Melissa!
Excellent location. Lovely view of the castle and town walls. Parking would have been a bit tricky in the station car park but we were lucky enough to get into one of the three bays opposite the hotel reserved for overnight guests.
The hotel is amazing! It was one of the best places we've stayed in Wales. The owners are so friendly, always willing to help. The breakfast was so tasty. 5 stars to the chef!
I can't recommend this hotel enough.
