Welcome to our stylish 1 x bedroom property, situated in the lovely Peak District town of New Mills The property has recently been renovated to a high standard throughout, enjoys free parking outside the property and is a great base to explore the nearby tourist attractions and hills of the beautiful Peak District New Mills Marina is next door, in addition walkers are catered for, from short easy walks to day long hikes, or even long distance paths. This really is a great place to stay! Entering the property through the front door, you will be welcomed by a recently renovated & cosy living room area To the rear of this room is the kitchen area with all modern amenities and a space for two to dine Walking up the stairs there is a spacious bedroom, made special by the exposed brick wall Walking off the bedroom, there is a large bathroom with walk in shower and WC. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
