This is a property perfectly suited for relocators, contractors, people waiting to find a property following acceptance to the Uni & those who may need extended visiting for friends or family at the Royal Berkshire Hospital and who would like a local base where you don't have to worry about parking charges for the day. The property has flexible bedding options Room 1: SuperKing or 2 singles + chair/bed Room2: King or 2 singles. We have tried to make this property a home from home with everything you need to relax at the end of your day. A dedicated work area in the living room, soft mood lighting, an electric stove fireplace. A dining table with stools that comfortably seats 4 and a large and comfortable leather sofa and footstool which provides additional seating. We also have a large 4K HD TV & Dolby Vision, set up with it's own Netflix, Apple TV & Disney Plus accounts along with other features such as YouTube and Wi-Fi. The garden is private with it's own gate, has a table & seating for 5. For those visiting with younger children we have matching sets of plates, bowls, cups and cutlery supplied. A child lock on the cupboard in the kitchen containing the cleaning supplies. There is also a high level slide lock on a door at the top of the stairs to prevent anyone accidentally falling down the stairs in the middle of the night if you wake up in strange surroundings. We are also able to provide a high chair and travel cot on request.

Hi, I'm Michelle, Sociable and friendly. I am new to Airbnb Hosting but not to customer care or property management. A bit of a tech geek and I work from home. Never far from my phone or a computer. All the lights in our home are controlled by Alexa and colour change bulbs reign supreme. You have to love a little mood lighting :) I've lived in and around Reading for most of my life and I live literally around the corner and can be contacted on the phone or via text between 9am and 10.30pm if you have any questions or emergencies during your stay. The property is set back in a little close of maisonettes off another quiet road. You can sit in the garden and hear the birds singing from dawn until dusk when the weather is fine. No main road traffic can be heard from our property. Parking around town, at the University and the Royal Berkshire Hospital can be expensive. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway to our property. The University and the Hospital are both an easy walk away. The flat is just a 4 minute walk to a stop giving access to the main bus routes into town and towards the hospital.
