Things to notes with this property- You do have to climb stairs to access his property as this property is elevated to get that amazing view! This property is NOT listed as having a hot tub. Despite there being one in the garden that unfortunately it’s not in use All of the safety rails meet UK safety regulations but please keep an eye on children with any of the heights within this property

Property information

This million pound house is quite possibly one of the best houses in Lyme! Situated in the most fabulous location with spectacular views across the whole bay, this house would make the perfect holiday home. Built to a high standard ,fully equipped with a fantastic veranda surrounding the whole property. It has upside down living to make the most of those views, this property is very special and unique. You are also within walking distance of everything Lyme Regis has to offer! This house is amazing from a huge 180 degree wrap around veranda on 2 tiers that gives you a panoramic view of the whole of Lyme bay. The very top tier has been dedicated to a TV room with huge squishy sofas, floor beanbags and access to the top veranda where you will be greeted one of the best views in the area. The middle tier is the main living area with an open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully fitted and has everything you need. There are plenty of seating areas inside and outside of the property and an outside dining area and BBQ plus a childrens play area. This property Is spectacular! It is ideal for a family holiday or with friends.

Neighbourhood information

Lyme Regis is a very special and unspoilt seaside town. It remains one of the top five places to stay in the UK! It has a strong arty vibe and there is plenty to do for all ages from paddle boarding, kayaking, mackerel fishing, museums, sunny sandy beach days or special meals out with a large choice of fantastic pubs and restaurants that serve high-quality local produce. Lyme Regis is a very special place indeed and it is no wonder that people come back here after year! When the Sun goes Down the town comes alive at night with beautiful lights that light up the whole of the gardens and bay and a huge choice of places to go for drinks , meals or romantic walks along the front. With many art galleries, independent shops where you can spend hours pottering around in and a fantastic views surrounding the whole town this makes a fantastic holiday destination. Set on the Jurassic Coast and in an area of outstanding natural beauty ,Lyme Bay is really beautiful and it also has the world famous Cobb. , Lyme Regis has it all and this property will suit all ages and all different groups of guests. Please be aware You do have to climb stairs to access the property !
