For those wishing to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The rest of the property comprises of two spacious bedrooms, a king-size with French doors to outside, and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). These are serviced by a fabulously contemporary bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC in a wet room with increased accessibility. Heading outside, the property benefits from a small private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ to the rear of the property, and further to this access to a shared lawn area and shared plunge pool with patio and garden furniture. Private off-road parking for two cars is provided. We love dogs and Ochre has an enclosed rear patio with elevated lawn and 6ft fencing.
