Company info

My name is Gavin, I am married to Haley and have three small children, Grace, Millie and Henham. In 2021 we purchased a former Hotel which included 7 self-contained lodges. The main house is now separated from the lodges which we rent out as individual holiday lets. I live on site and I am always available to answer any questions that you may have.

Property info

Our lodge is perfectly located in Reydon, just a short 15 minute walk into Southwold either by road or via an off-road footpath. With free parking, wi-fi and an accessible room with a walk-in bathroom, we hope that you will enjoy your stay with us.

Neighborhood info

We are located in a very peaceful residential area, just across the road from Saint Felix School. Our neighbours are wonderful and have been a big support to us since moving in, please respect their privacy. We have ample free off-road parking available. It is just a short walk to the local pub, The Randolph Hotel or around 1 mile into Southwold where there are a selection of restaurants and cafes to visit. A bus stop is located just across the road and there are some wonderful public footpaths taking you to Southwold Harbour, Walberswick or to Old Hall Cafe in Reydon.
