Company information

My name is Gavin, I am married to Haley and have three small children, Grace, Millie and Henham. In 2021 we purchased a former Hotel which included 7 self-contained lodges. The main house is now separated from the lodges which we rent out as individual holiday lets. I live on site and I am always available to answer any questions that you may have.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Free onsite parking and just a short walk into Southwold.

Neighbourhood information

Our lodges are set in a very quiet area on the edge of Southwold. We are just a 15 minute walk into Southwold and the local pub, The Randolph is just around the corner. If you enjoy walking, there are some lovely walks across the marshes to Southwold Harbour, Walberswick and beyond. A bus stop is located across the road from the lodges. From here you will be able to get buses to Southwold, Lowestoft, Beccles and Halesworth. During Latitude Festival, there is a shuttle bus which picks up and drops off from this stop.
