This is a character property with beams & vaulted ceilings, tucked away just off Odiham High Street. Centrally located with it's own parking space, the apartment is a hidden gem - a perfect haven with plenty of space to relax comfortably. Located on the first floor up a wooden staircase it provides open plan living, contemporary in design, which is fully fitted out as a home from home, somewhere for you to unwind at the end of the day & where you can relax , cook & live, just as you would at home, It is quiet, spacious & bright, has lovely views over the rooftops & benefits from the early evening sun.
I have been in hospitality for the past 30 years and I enjoy meeting people so letting out my apartment keeps me a little bit in touch with the hospitality trade. I enjoy outdoor activities, cycling and home renovations. I love this village & the surrounding areas and the fact that its close enough to London to enjoy a visit to the city as well.
Within a few steps of the property is the High Street, the village is delightful to stroll around and has a great selection of Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, take-aways & shops to explore. The extra wide pavements facilitate lots of outdoor seating giving the village a social cafe culture atmosphere. Surrounded by beautiful countryside & canal walks this picturesque village is only 2 miles from the M3 motorway. There is easy access from here to larger towns such as Guildford, Farnham & Winchester.
