The recently decorated room was very well furnished and there was an excellent range of drinks and snacks available. Although I didn't use it there was a microwave oven in the cupboard to warm up any food.

A modern comfortable extention with its own external door, featuring a double bed with ensuite facilities.
The property lies in a quite residential area, in the heart of the Scottish Borders. There are local facilities with in the village as well as a regular bus and train service(Tweedbank) to Edinburgh.
