Family run business The stables and barns provide a unique place to stay in the south Lakedistrict We want to share the beauty of the lake district and all its charms which is why we converted our stables to give people a unique way to see the countryside. Like camping you get to enjoy the great outdoors at its best, But with all the home comforts of a nice warm bed, seating area and shower. We have created a unique, Quirky and Cosy stay which helps you enjoy the best the Lake District has to offer.

Property information

Newlands farm stables are a collection of 5 Glamping Properties THESE PROPERTIES DO NOT HAVE A TV OR A COOKER EACH HAS A BBQ TO COOK ON. The properties back on to a railway Station. All properties are provided with tea, coffee, milk and linen (more available on request) as well as all utensils needed for cooking. Traditional Ensuites – These are stables 1 & 2, Sleep up to 4 guests in a Triple Bunk Bed and a pull out sofa bed. They have a private bath room with a shower and a Kitchenette Superior En suite – Stable 3. Sleeps up to 4 Guests in a double bed and a double sofa bed. It has a private en suite with a shower and a Kitchenette All the above have access to their own BBQs and fire pits. They can also be booked as a block under the connected barn. As well as the Stables we have two Barn conversions available Heather Barn (Barn en-suite with shower). This features a large open plan kitchen dinner and living room. Has two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The sofa pulls out to a double bed so the property sleep 6 in total.
