Admire the stunning views of the harbour, estuary, and beaches from one of the most enviably large semi-circular balconies on the third floor of 'The Salcombe' - a private apartment complex formerly the Salcombe Hotel - and situated in the centre of town with about 350ft of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including well-manicured communal gardens and lovely outdoor heated swimming pools (1st May - 30th September). A spacious family apartment that has been recently modernised and given a clean contemporary feel. Guest access: Designated parking space, approximately 20 metres from the front door. Fully secure with barrier and paid for. Conveniently located on Fore Street in the heart of the town, the apartment offers the perfect base for a Salcombe getaway.

Salcombe is a charming little town on the bank of what is often described as the prettiest harbour in England. Picture-perfect pastel-coloured houses make up a Positano-like scene overlooking water, sandy beaches and rolling green hills of the surrounding countryside. Salcombe has a uniquely wonderful array of shops ranging from an acclaimed butcher and baker to art galleries selling serious contemporary works and chic boutiques. Stepping out from N ° 31 The Salcombe you are right in the heart of salcombe, only a few minutes walk from all of the lovely shops restaurants and four great pubs. The Harbour Hotel is three minutes by foot and has a gorgeous bar and restaurant as well as an award winning spa with a pool. Catch the gorgeous little Ferry to be on the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth in minutes or stroll almost an exact mile along the coastal path to North Sands and the famous Winking Prawn.
