Short Stay St. Andrews is the largest provider of holiday let accommodation in St. Andrews with a large dedicated team to make your trip as smooth as possible. We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 4pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box which you will be provided with the code.

Spacious and light 2-bedroom, 2 bath house with outdoor patio BBQ area. Comfortably sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms which can be either doubles or twins. There are 2 pull out folding beds that are available for younger kids. Free private parking for several cars in the drive way. Ample storage for golf clubs. Large garden available for kids and pets. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. Pets welcome. 5 mins drive to town centre, 10 mins to Old Course, 10 to the beach. Supermarkets in the vicinity. Free Wifi in the property. The property has it's own entrance on the first floor and ample free parking directly outside in the drive way. The property is above a store room, and no one will be in it during your stay. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - store room/garage (not for guest's use) First floor - 2 bedrooms (1 with ensuite), family bathroom, large lounge, kitchen Outside - generous patio area with outdoor seating and a gas fired BBQ. Plenty of parking. BED CONFIGURATION The default bed configuration is 1 x super king and 2 x singles, but the options available are 4 x singles. There are also 2 x single fold away beds. This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay, and cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t intimate a preference to us, we will make the beds as the default option. ( please advise if you intend to use the camp beds during your stay)

Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
