Most Easterly - Just a few minutes walk to Lowestofts award winning South beach, our small and friendly guest house was built around 1900 and is located in a conservation area, there is plenty of on street parking, shops restaurants and takeaways are located nearby.

We are situated in a conservation area with great independent shops and lots of place to eat all within a short walk. Our award winning beach is close by. Our location provides a fantastic base to explore the many gems Suffolk has to offer.
