The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, and a shed for storage, and ample roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.5 miles, the harbour in 0.6 miles, and a beach in 1.4 miles. Moray View is a wonderful base for a family break to Aberdeenshire. Note: There are steps to the front and the back of the home.

The town itself has a lot to offer, including a wide variety of stores and fine dining establishments. A trip to the MacDuff Aquarium is a must to witness the species present in the Moray Firth's waters.
