Nestled in a family home, our space offers proximity to Wallace Park, bus and train stations, and just a 20-minute drive to Belfast. Step into a modern and inviting interior. Our flat features two bedrooms adorned with tasteful furnishings, comfortable beds, ample storage, and a sleek modern design. The well-equipped bathrooms ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. (Note: We do not provide shampoo, toothpaste, and gel.) We also have a pull-out couch where two people can sleep together, along with a mattress for an additional person. For your entertainment, we've got you covered. Enjoy a PS3 with two controllers and over 20 games, featuring popular titles like GTA, FIFA, and Call of Duty. Kick back and unwind with the TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. We maintain a strict no-party policy to ensure a peaceful environment. Kindly respect our neighbours by adhering to our no-noise policy from 9 pm onwards. While there are no cameras inside the house, an external camera monitors the public residential free car park. We don't assume responsibility for damage to personal belongings in the public car park but can provide recordings within 3-5 days if you provide a specific time frame of the incident.
