Set on a quiet lane surrounded by glorious farmland, Merry Hill Barn is a spacious property sleeping six. Fully refurbished, it has been furnished to a very high standard with underfloor heating throughout.

A nearby village to Merry Hill Barn is Abbotsbury, where there are plenty of shops and a number of visitor attractions like the Swannery and the Children’s Farm. The Subtropical Gardens here have won awards and there are lots of exotic and unusual flowers on display. The restaurant’s good too! Abbotsbury Swannery is nearby providing the unique experience of feeding swans and in May and June admiring the newborn cygnets. The village also has a Children’s Farm where little ones can enjoy cuddling guinea pigs, pony riding, goat racing and burning off energy in the soft play pirate ship. Weymouth is an attractive seaside town with Georgian buildings lining the harbour. If you’re bringing the little ones, Weymouth Sea Life Adventure Park gives them the chance to be a pirate or a mermaid for the day, while they learn about the magical creatures off the southern coast.
