Meadow cottage is a lovely two bedroom self catering holiday cottage located in the country side of Ilfracombe in North Devon. This lovely new built holiday home is a great base for a short break or a longer holiday, whilst exploring some beautiful lovely beaches and exquisite costal walks and views. Award winning beach (Woolacombe sands) , is only a seven minute drive away. Directly from your doorstep, you set foot on a costal path which takes to Lee bay, Woolacombe. Pets will be considered.
We are family of 5. We have 3 children, and we spend lots of time outdoors. I like to go to the gym and I also love walking on the (Website hidden by Airbnb) hobbies are cooking, music and travelling. We are happy for our guests to have as much privacy and seclusion as they wish, however, we are on hand for any queries and questions that may occur.
Our properties are in a countryside setting but within walking distance of both Ilfracombe and the lovely Lee Bay. We have far reaching views across the valley to two reservoirs , which are a 3 minute stroll away and offer fishing and great scenery. The world renowned Woolacombe and Puttsborough surfing beaches are a 5 minute drive away and Exmoor is a 15minutes drive. Straight from the properties front door you can walk through the fields to the top of our land and have fantastic views over Ilfracombe and the Bristol Channel all the way to South Wales. From there you also have direct access to the South West coastal path. Cyclists and walkers are attracted to the area because of the many and varied paths, lanes and roads to explore.. We are pet friendly but guests must contact the hosts first to check for suitability and extra costs. We are within walking distance of Lee bay and Ilfracombe. Woolacombe is a 5 minute drive away. We have direct access , through our land, to the South West coastal path and there is a lovely reservoir just 3 minutes walk away.
