Martineau House is a beautiful Grade II listed home set over four floors with beautiful views to the sea and Collingwood Monument from the rear. Set in this popular upmarket seaside town the house is steeped in history. Refurbished completely throughout in 2021 Martineau House is a lovely space for families, couples or friends to spend some time together catching up and exploring not just the delights in and around Tynemouth but further afield. The well-equipped kitchen area on the ground floor with its front snug is ideal for dining, with a quirky home bar area and built-in lighting. On the first floor is the living area which is perfect for relaxing. There are four double bedrooms all with Smart TV, two on the second floor both with en-suite and two on the third floor.
