The central hall has a double-height ceiling looking up towards the first floor sitting room (open fire not in use). Sliding doors open into the games room with full-size pool table (50p per game) for rainy days and evening fun! The games room is open plan into the dining room and kitchen, looking out over the garden through wide doors. The dining table sits next to an ornamental log burner (not in use), and the kitchen is fully equipped including an espresso machine and a small utility room to the side. Stairs from the entrance hall take you to the first floor sitting room with large Smart TV, offering glimpses of the sea barely 100 metres away. There are four bedrooms sleeping 8 guests on the ground floor, the master king size (5ft) with en-suite wet room & WC, two further king size (5ft) bedrooms and a twin (two single beds). Upstairs there is a cosy single bedroom tucked behind the sitting room. Along with the large en-suite shower, also on the ground floor there is a family bathroom with WC and a shower over bath, and a further separate WC.
