This luxurious, spacious and bright 2 bedroom apartment is in the heart of Loughborough & just 5 mins walking distance from the Rushes Shopping Centre and 10 mins from Loughborough University. Located on the 1st floor of a private residence building. This large apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including an en-suite) lounge, diner and fully fitted kitchen. You have the entire apartment to yourself. There is allocated parking for 1 car and plenty of street parking available.

We're both in the corporate field but our real passion is in finding unique properties that feel like a home away from home. We're here to offer you a comfortable, relaxing and hassle free stay at our properties. We look forward to hosting you :)
Friendly, family based and safe neighbourhood. Close to shops- Lidl is right on the corner and easy access to bus services and trains. We're on the main bus route through Loughborough with links to Leicester and East Midlands Airport. Uber is also available in the area. For car drivers we're 5 mins to both the M1 motorway and the A6 into Leicester or the A52 to Nottingham.
