Newly modernised in 2023, a spacious open plan cottage located a stones throw from the sea front and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The property is a short 10-minute walk to the Marina complex, which offers a range of restaurants to suit all budgets, cocktail bars, and artisan shops. It's an ideal base to explore the 18 award winning Pembrokeshire beaches (some of which I've personally photographed and displayed on this listing. Award winning and truely breathaking beaches include: Marloes Sands (7 miles away); Sandy Haven (3 miles away); Freshwater West (4 miles away). Inside the house are 3 spacious bedrooms, including a Kingsize loft bedroom. Use the supplied binoculars to watch the large oil tankers sail by. The large lounge features a selection of adult and children's board games, a 50" TV with Netflix, Spotify music, and a host of channels. Relax in the evening in the luxurious Italian leather chairs and recliner. The fully equipped kitchen features a large fridge freezer with a water dispenser, a washing machine, an oven and a gas hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a milk frother. A stunning holiday home with direct panoramic sea views, ideal for up to 6 guests. Close to shops, supermarkets, and main roads.
I am passionate about hospitality and travelling. I have worked in the events industry for over 25 years, organising such events as The Olympics Opening & Closing Ceremonies. My husband is a professional property landlord, and this is our personal holiday home that we also let selected dates to guests. We have decorated and furnished the house with high-end furniture, with comfort and luxury in mind. The house benefits from superfast broadband, enabling multiple devices to operate and stream at the same time. The cottage overlooks the sea, and is positioned adjacent to The Rath Coastal Park where the footpath will take you directly to the Marina complex. The park is ideal for morning dog walking and watching the sunrise and sunset. If you do wish to bring you dog, just request this option with your booking. Next to the property is a public road where you can park for free. In front of the house is a private service road that can be used for loading / unloading as you arrive and leave.
