A superb open plan kitchen/dining/living room on the ground floor together with a twin bedroom and family bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom and en suite. . There is lots of communal parking a few steps from the front door. Gas central heating. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine ( paid dryer on site ) Strictly no smoking. Outside private decking area.

Welcome to our fabulous holiday home on the stunning Jurassic coast. Beautifully appointed with everything you may need for a holiday in this wonderful part of the country. We are located on a small holiday complex with an outdoor heated pool in the summer months. Walking distance to Charmouth and its famous fossil beach and a short car ride to Lyme Regis

Guests will have access to the whole property apart from a couple of locked cupboards. Pool open May to September ( exact dates dictated by the Fernhill Hotel ) - bookable through the hotel at a local chargeable rate Children welcome. One dog allowed
