Every detail has been carefully curated to provide a perfect blend of aesthetics and comfort. Guests are invited to use the complimentary WiFi and sign in to their preferred streaming platforms during their stay. The living area includes a dedicated desk and office chair for those who need to work during their stay. Outdoor space and plunge pool Bi-fold doors open to a mesmerising outdoor space, the highlight of the property. A modern porcelain patio, heated plunge pool, natural pond and built-in seating area with a fire pit are all enclosed by contemporary cedar fencing. The small raised vegetable patch adds a touch of sustainability to this enchanting communal space. Our gardener will place any produce that is suitable for consumption by guests in the garden seating area (this service is seasonal). Please be advised that although the pool is heated, it is only available for use in the summer months.     - If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning)

    - All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.

    - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £65 per pet per stay for a maximum of 2. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.

    - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.

    -Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it.

    Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss
