Our new chalet house located at Laburnum Close in Luton consists of a large layout on the ground floor that includes a welcoming entrance hall that connects to a lounge, kitchen & dining area that overlooks the garden. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. The first floor occupies two bedrooms and a bathroom with a luxury spa bath. Our property benefits from front and enormous rear gardens, double glazing, gas central heating & private off-road parking for 2 to 3 cars.
