Location A few minutes walk will take you to the town centre. You’ll find everything you need on Blairgowie’s thriving high street, with a bakery, butchers, gift shops, cafes, restaurants and even a bookshop. Blairgowrie is known as the gateway to Glenshee, so if sports are your thing you’ll love being in easy reach of the action, from skiing, golfing, mountain biking, abseiling, hang gliding to paragliding. The location is also ideal for fishing and golf. Gilmore House is just one mile from Blairgowrie Golf Club, which includes the Rosemount championship golf course, considered one of the best courses in Scotland. Blairgowrie is situated in the heart of Perthshire, so it’s the perfect base for seeing the sights of this gorgeous part of Scotland.
