This lovely Static Caravan with a view of Garn Fadryn mountain is located in the the beautiful village of Edern at the western tip of the Llyn Peninsular which has a Pub/Restaurant called The Woodlands Hotel, The Ship, Butchers and Convenience store. The neighbouring Village of Morfa Nefyn, is less than a 2 mile walk from the caravan. Which has several Restaurants/Pubs, Shops and garage with Laundry facility’s, The world famous Nefyn golf course, beautiful beaches, and the Ty Coch Inn which was voted 3rd best beach bar in the world. The lively resorts of Abersoch is 14 mile and Pwllheli is 8 mile drive away and Snowdonia National Park is 36 miles which offers a wealth of exhilarating outdoor pursuits and family attractions is also within easy reach. Other things to note:- Three small steps up to the entrance of property. Please note that this accommodation is for families or couples only. No parties or large groups of adults allowed. The accommodation has one/two car park space available to guests. The space The property is an immaculate and spacious 2 bed caravan. One double bedroom including an en suite ( wash basin and toilet) along with a twin bedroom (with two single beds). One main bathroom, with a shower, wash basin and a toilet. There is a large open plan living dining area adjoined to the kitchen that features a 4 seater dining table. Living space has an L shape corner sofa. The kitchen is spacious, with great storage. Includes fridge, freezer, fan oven, grill, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a toaster. We provide crockery, cutlery and non stick pots and pans. Washing up liquid and towels.
