This charming abode skillfully merges modern elegance with a sense of home, and is dog-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry friend along. The spacious layout comfortably accommodates families, and its location, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Whitby, offers both tranquility and convenience. Explore the historic seaside town's winding streets, iconic harbour, and stunning coastline easily. Additionally, the property provides free off-street parking for two cars, eliminating any parking hassles. It sleeps seven guests, featuring two en-suite double bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor), another double bedroom, and a single bedroom on the first floor.

Welcome to a beautiful 4 bedroom home set in a private courtyard close to Pannett Park in central Whitby. The property is in an enviable location next to the Cinder Track, so if you’re planning to walk, cycle or jog during your stay, you can follow leisurely trails to Robin Hoods Bay, Ravenscar and Scarborough. Whitby town centre is just a short distance away, so you won’t have far to go to explore the shops and enjoy the cafes, bars and restaurants. And Whitby Sands beach is easy to reach too. It extends for 2 miles from the West Pier all the way to Sandsends. Which area of the beach will be your favourite spot to relax? Those of you who’ve read Bram Stoker’s Dracula will probably know that the author took inspiration from Whitby Abbey, the 13th Century ruin that overlooks the town. It’s well worth a visit as it’s renowned for being the most romantic of ruins. With 3 parking spaces at the front of the house (a rarity for central Whitby) driving here is a good option. But once here, you could leave the car parked up and enjoy everything Whitby has to offer on foot or by bike or using taxi services. It’s up to you.
