From a recent guest: "Beautiful cottage, very homely, fabulous location to explore locally" Our lovely 3 bed cottage is a 10-15 minute walk to a great family friendly beach with a sheltered, shallow bay. Ideal for families nature lovers, walkers and history lovers. The cottage is newly re-furbished with 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed (2 beds) with everything you need for a short break or an extended stay with parking, an excellent kitchen, slipper bath in the master bedroom and plenty of board games. We also have an electric charger with our own private car parking space
Hi Lindsay and Clinton are the owners of this delightful 19th Century granite cottage built as part of a terrace of picture postcard cottages lining the stream flowing to the sea nearby. We have thought about the places we've stayed and wanted to provide a relaxing home from home with little touches that we would appreciate. If you have any problems at all we are here to help you have the best time you can. Our phone numbers are available once you have booked and we are happy to help. We are only an email or phone call away if you need anything. Keys will be available through a wall safe upon arrival.
You will find us in a lovely quiet location with a babbling stream at the end of the small cottage garden and in sight of one of the most amazing iron age hill forts in the UK, Tre'r Ceiri. 10-15 minutes walk to two unique and different beaches . There is a village shop 200m away. We are perfectly located for walking amongst some of the most amazing unspoilt scenery or lazy days locally amidst the stunning scenery and coast or to explore the Llyn Peninsula and its world class beaches and history a short drive away. A car is recommended, although there is a regular bus service to Caernarfon (please check times). Caernafon, with its world class castle and walled town is about a 25 minute drive away and Pwllheli about 20 minutes. We can advise you on ideas for day trips and local attractions and of couse walks.
