Hello! Welcome to Lavinia Grove Barn! We are situated in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, a mere 200 metres from the nearest Staithe/Boat yard! Popular for boating, canoeing, nature reserves and walking, Stalham offers a great varierty of outdoor activities and the nearest beach is only 3 miles away! We have all the most sort after amenities right on our doorstep too! Petrol station with mini mart 100 yards away, and a very popular local pub serving excellent food also within 100 yards! Our high street is a 10 minute walk (or 1 minute drive away, with parking) offering everything you could need, chemists, large tesco store, hairdressers, convenience shop, 5 different take aways (award winning fish and chips!) and three more pubs, not to mention many more stores for you to browse! If our high street doesn't have it, you probably don't need it!

There's much to offer here in Stalham! The barn itself is located down a quiet lane with no through traffic, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep beforing exploring the fabulous Norfolk Broads located just 200 yards away! After that, perhaps take a day out at our beaches, or nature reserves, all within 3 miles of the Barn. A wealth of shops, bars and restaurants are all located within walking distance.
