Our Victorian home with a modern touch, enables us to provide this serviced accommodation that is 10 minutes away from the Leeds City Centre where access to buses, train & coach station is easy and regular, and is 5 to 7 minutes from the Leeds Direct Arena. There are two guest rooms available, suitable for single working professionals or a single person traveling to visit families or friends, the double bed rooms come with a smart TV, fridge, linen, towels, iron & ironing board, washing machine, large kitchen with cooking facilities and large bathroom newly renovated. You also have the option of taking advantage of our ironing, washing and breakfast service at an additional and affordable charge. Your stay with us will be quiet, relaxing, welcoming and a home away from home with hotel standards of care and attention.
With a combined 20 years experience in the food safety, hospitality and catering industry. We simply love to serve. As business owners working away from home during the daytime, we take pride in delivering good customer service to the best of our ability and where better to reflect this than in our humble abode. All our children currently live away from home and visit during holidays when our serviced accommodation is closed for business. So your guaranteed a quiet time :-)
Generally quiet area and is a few yards from the main road, so traffic noise is not a major problem. Neighbours are quiet and humble, majority working class, and the advantage we have is that our home is the end terrace.
