A fantastic, exceptionally large and newly renovated maisonette that is spread over four floors and is only a ten minute walk from Bath Abbey. The property benefits from having a designated parking space on Weymouth Street only a 5 minute's walk away. The property also benefits from having its own private entrance, a large lounge (with dining area) and both bedrooms have there own bathrooms, making it ideal for friends, families or people working in Bath. This contemporary property is extremely large and accessed through its own private entrance. The property is a 5 minute walk from the top of Walcott Street (Baths Artisan Quarter) and benefits from being approximately 10 minute walk to Bath Abbey. The spacious lounge and kitchen are on the first floor, the double room and first bathroom is on the second floor and the twin again with its own bathroom is on the third floor. The parking space is a 5 minute walk (0.1 miles) away on Weymouth Street. We recommend that guests park before walking to the property because the road outside can be busy and the drop off area limited. This property is over three floors and accessed only be stairs.
