Located in the seaside town of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea in Northumberland, North Seaton Road is a two bedroom holiday home with plenty of style. Modern in design, the property is perfect for family getaways and couples retreats. When booking North Seaton Road, you’ll have full access which includes a living and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, family bathroom and enclosed courtyard. A great base to explore Northumberland, you’ll soon forget the stresses of everyday life at North Seaton Road. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighbourhood information

North Seaton Road is located in the coastal town of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. You’ll find a long stretching beach with golden sands and a recently revamped promenade just a short walk from the property. Perfect for dog walks, morning strolls and fun-filled afternoons, the beach is ideal for the whole family. Out in the bay, you’ll spot the art installation called ‘The Couple’ by artist Sean Henry. As well as a gorgeous beach, the bay also has an array of wildlife including dolphins, seals, whales and seabirds making it ideal for nature lovers. The town is also home to a Seaside Links golf course so you can have a game or two during your stay.
