Situated on the outskirts of Lelant village, Honeysuckle Cottage is ideally situated. St Ives, with its wonderful beaches, galleries and restaurants, is only a few minutes away by car or train. It is a few minutes’ walk from the RSPB Hayle Estuary Nature Reserve and offers easy access to West Cornwall, allowing guests to visit further afield attractions such as Land’s End, St Michael’s Mount and the Lizard Peninsula. Honeysuckle Cottage is a modern two bedroom house that offers on-site parking, is pet friendly and has an enclosed courtyard garden. The lounge/diner has two comfortable two seater sofas, a coffee table and a Smart TV. The Courtyard garden is accessed through patio doors. The dining area has a table and seating for four. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/grill, induction hob and microwave. It has an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a ground floor cloakroom. Both bedrooms are on the first floor along with the family bathroom. The first bedroom has a kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lights. The second bedroom also provides a fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. Zip and link beds provide two single beds or a superking size bed. These beds can be configured to your own requirements. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and a WC with hand wash basin. The garden has a table, umbrella and four chairs and is fully enclosed. On-Site Parking for One Car, the parking space dimensions are 2.5m wide and 5.0m long - Honeysuckle Cottage is dog friendly. If you would like to bring your furry friend with you please let us know, all we ask is an additional small charge - Access Statement – Honeysuckle Cottage is accessed via one step through the front door. This holiday home is located over two floors and guests will be required to climb stairs.
