Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

A entrance door leads into an open plan living area with a dining area, comfy sofa and a large TV. There is a super king size bed that can be made up as two singles on request and a wardrobe for storage. Off the open plan living/ bedroom area, one step down leads to a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. Leading off the kitchen area there is a shower room with a walk-in shower, W/C and sink. There is a small private courtyard next to the property which is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. A BBQ, garden furnitre and a shed for storage are provided for your use. Private off-road parking for one car is available. HOLISTIC TREATMENTS & SPA: Holistic treatments, or your very own private spa morning with use of a hot tub, sauna, stunning gardens to relax or sunbathe in a magical relaxation rooom and terrace are available to book at an extra cost during your visit with the Host, Maria, a highly qualified and experienced therapist. Early booking advised to avoid disappointment. Hidden Gem Retreat is next door so why not bring friends or family and make lovely memories at East Devon.

It is situated on a quiet leafy road on the outskirts of Budleigh Salterton and just around the corner from the village pub in Knowle. The accommodation is easily accessible to Budleigh Salterton with a traditional high street pebble beach and sea front. It also benefits from close proximity to the South West Coast Path following the Jurassic Coast. There are lovely walks to Woodbury Common and the River Otter is close by.
