The lounge is equipped with Smart TV, Netflix, AV amp with Bluetooth and Airplay for music playback, 2 large sofas and chair. The country style kitchen is fully fitted with a Belfast sink supported by two rustic limestone pillars, built-in oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, free standing microwave, large kettle and 4 toast toaster with an array of cutlery, crockery, glassware, pans and utensils. The traditional and decorative family bathroom/wet room has a freestanding rolled edge claw footed bath with shower and an eye-catching aqua marine mosaic tiled floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is impressive with its sense of space, enhanced by the lovely vaulted beamed ceiling and king size bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds for 2 adults or 2 children, with removable ladder and is accessed from the top of the stairs, opposite the master bedroom. Free, fast internet is provided for streaming services. The cottage is equipped with a high chair. Bed linen, towels, heating, WiFi is all included in the price. The outside gravelled/ decked space is ample to sit outside and relax, alfresco dine, read or play, with private parking for 2 cars and jet ski. There is a pub called the Parciau Arms within walking distance with a pool table, there are horses in the adjacent field and the 4 star hotel Tre-Ysgawen Hall, Country House Hotel & Spa with pool, just a 15 minute drive away. There is Storws Wen golf club and a good selection of nice restaurants and pubs in the area. The 4 lovely beaches within a 15 minute drive of the cottage which are great for families, clean and safe with lovely rock pools, good for making sand castles and perfect for long walks. There's a fantastic selection of water sports, or you can just read and enjoy the peace and quiet. Further afield is historic Beaumaris with its 13th century castle and the National Trust's Plas Newydd. 5 golf courses, angling and sea fishing available locally.
