Home to an amply stocked general store and post office, along with The Cuilfail Hotel, a place hosting a bistro & pub, Kilmelford is a peaceful base for an adventure in this gorgeous part of the Scottish countryside and coast. Visitors can find a nearby boat yard that adjoins the beautiful waters of Loch Melfort, where sailing and fishing can be enjoyed. The village also backs onto two smaller, idyllic lakes, Loch nan Druimnean and Loch a Phearsain, for those seeking a quiet and peaceful afternoon outing.
