This luxury log house enjoys uninterrupted views of Ben Nevis from its elevated position. It has a large cathedral ceiling, an open plan living space with balcony overlooking trout lochans, rolling hills and the impressive Nevis Range. Experience peace and tranquility with 360˚ panoramic views of the Great Glen.
The Farm is 550 acres of hill, woodland and river flats bounded to the North by the River Lochy. We have a small Highland fold of 30 cows and calves, 150 Cheviot x Llwyn ewes and a Highland pony stud and various sports horses. We usually have farm eggs for sale. There are scenic walks down to the river Lochy and along the banks where you may see indigenous wildlife including roe deer, red deer, buzzards, pine martens, red squirrels, woodcock, oyster catchers and Canada geese. The mixture of natural woodland, open moorland and riverbanks creates a wonderful habitat for a variety of deciduous and coniferous trees, wild mushrooms and fungi, wild flowers and butterflies. We no longer take people riding except chalet guests as special request but we do offer the opportunity to bring your own horses/ponies and stay in our chalets and enjoy the wonderful riding on our farm and in the forestry nearby. We have several families who have enjoyed being able to do this.
