Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious one bedroom cottage. The perfect blend of original features and modern conveniences. The beautiful king size bedroom has a view of Kidwelly castle from your pillow, smart TV and ensuite shower room. Large, relaxing living room with 40 inch smart TV Fully equipped kitchen diner with french doors opening onto fully enclosed garden.
We moved to Wales in 2013 and fell in love with the laid back pace of life, stunning beaches and beautiful countryside. We opened our first dog friendly cottage in 2016 and have loved welcoming guests and their dogs from all over the UK and abroad. We now have 2 cottages in Kidwelly and one in Ferryside.
Kidwelly is a small, friendly town with a choice of cafes, pubs and takeaways aways. There's a good sized co op a few mins walk from the cottage, a post office, newsagents and 'original factory shop'. The 900 year old Norman castle is very well preserved and well worth the visit, there's also lovely walks along the river and round the quay, great spot for catching sunsets. Pembrey country park is a favourite with guests, hundreds of acres of forest, miles of sandy beach, ski slope, toboggan run, bike hire, crazy golf and restaurant.
