We offer a private, quality studio in a great location. This cute cottage is furnished in a modern style and well kitted out with everything you need. The cottage used to be an artist’s studio, and your host Fiona is displaying much of her beautiful paintings on the walls, adding to the tasteful decor. The cottage is self contained, located close to the main house, and nestled on the same grounds. There is plenty of privacy, and minimum interference from the host, who lives on site. It has its own drive access too, and plenty of space for parking. In the cottage you’ll find comfortable seating, a kingsize bed, separate single bedroom, dining table, work table and lamp; chairs, fully equipped modern kitchen, variable lighting options, and a 55inch wall mounted TV. There is a secure garage for bikes and a great garden to enjoy, which you can use for bbq’s in summer.

We are located 15 minutes from the airport, and close to Aberdeen city. We also have easy access to Royal Deeside, with all its castles, parks and countryside. Ideal for business trips and leisure. There are convenient bus routes, with the bus stop at a 15 min walk. Your host Fiona would be happy to taxi anyone to and from the bus stop during their stay if needed! Also beautiful country walks directly from the house, from a short one, to 3 or 5 miles, all in stunning scenery.
