Set in a superb and private estate our bright and cheerful studio/loft overlooks the Downs. Peaceful, clean, well equipped - a very comfortable king size bed, kitchenette, washing machine - ample parking, Wifi. 10 minutes away from Eurotunnel. 20 minutes walk to Saltwood village, where buses go to Hythe and Folkestone. 8 minutes walk across the woods to Sandling station which has regular links to London, Dover and Folkestone but if it rains you need to follow the road and that takes 25 minutes walk. A car is recommended but for those who enjoy walking, not a problem. Taxis are available too from the station. We can give you the numbers. Simple breakfast goodies are available in the studio but milk is not provided.
I have been posting guests for years, in different settings and I am still enjoying meeting a variety of guests. Love outdoor life, ski touring, climbing, cycling, and walking in the woods near us. But also playing bridge. Why not explore the area on e bike. Click 2 delivers to your door.
There is so much to do and see, from Dover Castle, to Canterbury Cathedral, the Hythe Military Canal to Rye, the battle of Britain muséum in Capel, the famous Folkestone harbour arms. Beaches are less than 10 minutes by car, delightful pubs in Elham and Stouting.
