My home has been newly refurbished, there is on street parking which is free (unusual for Brighton), usually always spaces but might need to park in other road nearby. It will take about 25 minutes to walk down to the seafront, where you will be able to visit the Brighton pier, the lanes and many other sites. There is also a bus stop just 2 minutes walk for Brighton Happy Stays. Rooms are modern and both have kettle, tea coffee, biscuits, you also have robes and slippers in your room. The room with the en suite could fit the fold up bed but would be a squash , but if you have a child under 5 the charge is free, older than there would be a fee. The room with shared bathroom has a supersize bed which can be two singles upon request, I have also listed a double bedroom with shared bathroom, this is my room that I use from time to time, you will find my personal belongings in there, but you still have a wardrobe , and usual items, tv, kettle, robes etc. Hairdryers are also in the room Also there is bike storage inside fully locked porch
Hi, I love hosting, I have had a different property before which I sold last year 2020, which I achieved a score rating of 9.7, I like my guests to feel at home. I love to go out and socialise, enjoy company and life.
Brighton Happy Stays, is on a quite street, it has free parking, but not always easy to get a space in the evening, but I can move my car to allow you to park ( if not already done so). There is a bus stop just two minutes away, local shops, and plenty of takeaways to choose from. Also if you have bikes I have inside locked bike storage.
