Fitzy's Bunker is a beach apartment that caters for all your needs. The accommodation is situated in Coney Island and is within walking distance of the beautiful historic village of Ardglass. This is the perfect spot for complete relaxation and long walks across gorgeous beach or to use as a base for golf at the award winning Ardglass gold club, fishing ,Game of Throne tours or to just explore this breath-taking part of the Irish coastline and its culture. The apartment has 2 bedrooms- one king and two singles, 2 bathrooms- one en-suite and a large living area and kitchen. It is a modern and cosy apartment with a hidden gem of an old Irish Well in the middle of the living area. The apartment is set right on a beautiful beach with views of the Mourne Mountains. Local amenities such as Ardglass Golf Club, The Old Commercial bar , Game of Thrones display, Ardglass marina and other local bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. When visiting the apartment guests have access to a picnic table facing the beach where they can sit with a glass of something special and watch the sun go down over Coney Island Bay and the beautiful Mourne Mountains.

We are an Irish family, comprising of a nurse, a teacher and three young adults. We have recently rebuilt our home in the tranquil beauty of Coney Island. It has a modern, self contained apartment that sleeps 2-4 guests. The family owning the house will facilitate guests as much or as little as they prefer to ensure their stay is as enjoyable as possible.

A bus connects to Downpatrick from the very doorstep of the apartment. Connecting transport can be accessed easily in Downpatrick. Local taxi firms are easily accessible too. If we can facilitate with transport we will try to oblige.
