The property is beautifully finished and furnished to a 5* standard, with lovely attention to detail and retaining interesting original features. There is a fitted kitchen with a high sloping ceiling, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, integrated fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The ground floor cloakroom with WC and basin also has a storage cupboard with freezer. The living room has a beautiful woodburner in the stone fireplace, large sofa and comfortable armchairs, oak dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with FreeSat, DVD player, music system, WiFi and French windows into the garden. Upstairs is a stunning bathroom with high sloping ceilings, WC, contemporary bath, basin and a double shower cubicle. The king size bedroom has French windows out onto a decking balcony with a table and chairs. There is also a picnic bench and gas barbecue in the garden area to the front of the cottage.

Neighbourhood information

Felin Fach is a superb conversion of a detached 17th century watermill, creating very interesting and spacious accommodation in a contemporary style. Standing in the owners' 27 acre smallholding and extensive landscaped gardens with a river flowing through, the property is just outside Pumsaint, 7.5 miles south east of Lampeter and about 20 miles from the coast at Aberaeron.
