The property is located not even a 5 minute walk from the charming township of Laugharne. Laugharne, based on the Taf estuary where Dylan Thomas spent many years. It is said to be the inspiration for the fictional town Llareggub in his play Under Milk Wood. There is a lovely Dylan Thomas Birthday Walk and lots of other pleasant walks where you can take in amazing views on offer! In Laugharne there is a beautiful Castle to visit, Dylan Thomas Writing Shed, Dylan Thomas Boathouse and his favourite watering hole Browns Hotel. Within walking distance there are pubs, restaurants, deli, cafes, shops, pharmacy and a doctor surgery-plenty to meet your needs and ensure you are well fed and watered! Just a 10 minute drive away is the long sandy beach of Pendine, or drive a little further to beach hop and explore the beautiful coastline of Pembrokeshire. Nearby attractions (within a 30 minute drive) are Botanical gardens, leisure facilities, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, Manor House Wildlife Park, Dinosaur Park, Morfa Bay Adventure, Xcel Bowl, Vue Cinema, Heatherton World of Activities, and the list goes on!
