NOTE TO CUSTOMERS! We provide our customers with complementary cakes or biscuits with teas/coffees in the rooms. If you would prefer a continental breakfast selection please let me know at the time of your booking, there will be an extra charge We do not deliver meals to the rooms ourselves but if you wish to order a meal/snack via the many online services we do not object to you eating them in the room, we have found our guests much prefer a discount on price than a big breakfast, we have many discounts on offer for the quieter months, please keep checking as they are frequently reviewed. Our small self service guest accommodation has two floors, top floor large King size room, with a king size bed our Eagle Suite on the ground floor is our newly refurbished deluxe double on-suite Falcon Falcon towers is in quiet location close to station and amenities, we are only a short walk from the railway station, there is a regular bus service from the main road near the railway station, we are close to local stores, places to eat, theatre and cinema, there is also a swimming pool for public use a short walk from the town. Next to Asda store you will find 'The Museum of Food' formally known as The Museum of East Anglian life, there are various leaflets in the entrance lobby with local places of interest, Suffolk has many attractions
We live on-site but not in the property, myself & husband John, any questions or queries you may have please contact us, you will find our number in the welcome pack or outside the front door. rooms are serviced to our highest standard by Mel, who will be pleased to help if you ask her
Suffolk has many places of interest, Stowmarket has many cafes and restaurants, or for something special nearby Bury St Edmunds has many quaint bistros and eateries, market days in Stowmarket are Wednesdays and Saturdays same days apply with Bury market, this one is well worth a visit, the Abbey gardens and Cathedral are open for visitors plus an onsite café in the heart of the Abbey is a welcome stop for a rest with delicious snacks, cakes and drinks, we have many quaint villages waiting to be explored with inns and taverns in a peaceful country setting, nearby Icworth house is well worth a visit and Helmingham hall with its host of beautiful gardens and many summer events
