Has free private parking for 2 cars Has all amenities including dish washer, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, conservatory etc. Situated in London in a good residential area, very close to different amenities. New Eltham station is about 10 minutes walk, which takes you to London Bridge by train. Eltham high street is about 10 minutes walk, where you will all high street shops. Big Sainsburys is about 8 mins walk from Cafes, local shops, restaurants are about 5 minutes walk. Bus stop is less than 5 minutes walk ,the house.
