This unique place has a style all its own. - Modernised throughout - Great outdoor entertaining area & BBQ - Off street parking - Super fast broadband - Modern media wall - 3 bedroom and sofa beds - Local shops, cafe, pharmacy & takeaway 2 mins walk The best of both worlds can be found here in our newly modernised family home that is within walking distance of the south beach for the energetic families and visitors and close enough to the outskirts for those arriving, travelling or hiking.
We're Emma & Dale, and we'd like to welcome you to our traditionally built homes here in Bridlington. We're a small family business and are proud to be serving those visiting the town and coast we've called home for 5 generations, have a wonderful time. Entry is made via key safe at the entrance and a EUFY video doorbell is present should there be any problems, which is unlikely. We are also available on the contact details provided on your welcome email(s) and check in instructions
This housing estate is of traditional build and design with the central row of shops including hair dressers, post office and store, cafe and pharmacy just a 2 minute walk away. Bus stops for local travel and out of town travel are both just 90 seconds around the corner also for those planning on using public transport. The train station is 15-20 minute walk or short car and bus journey with a taxi rank just outside for those needing one.
