    “Great location and lovely quiet park - the lodges look to be close together but actually you don't really hear your neighbours at all. Ver comfortable beds and loved the hot tub. All very clean and nice.”

Elm Lodge is a delightful wooden lodge, lying close to the village of Greetham in Rutland, East Midlands. This all-ground-floor property offers two bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, with access to a family bathroom, sleeping a total of four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking, an enclosed patio garden with seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and a hot tub, as well as shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. Elm Lodge offers an excellent base for a fun-filled break to Rutland. This property cannot accept a Saturday and Sunday check in

Rutland Water has plenty of activities to try from watersports, to cycling, to fishing and walking.
