If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee.

Please be aware that access to the delightful upper-floor apartment is gained via the external staircase.

While there is enough room to park two (or possibly three, if compact) vehicles off-road, accessing and maneuvering in the parking area poses difficulties. Coordination among all vehicle owners would be necessary to ensure smooth entry and exit.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
